1. How to Book
Fill out the online reservation forms, and pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the tour's cost. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your place, or you may pay in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the start of the tour. If the remaining balance is not paid in full or is cancelled, your place will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation
No refunds will be granted if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of departure. If the booking is cancelled between 8 to 14 days before departure 50% of the booking value will be forfeit.
Please note: the tours require a minimum number of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, a full refund will be granted, or you will be given the option to keep your place on the next available date.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to unexpected circumstances. If the trip is cancelled, we will provide an alternative date or a full refund if you can not attend the alternative. The tour will not be cancelled due to the weather forecast. But some exceptions can change this rule; safety is paramount: extremely heavy rain, flooding etc.
Should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it before its completion, no tour fare refund can be made.
4. Changing your booking
After your booking has been confirmed, and you want to make any changes to your itinerary or want an earlier/later departure date, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests based on availability. However, there may be extra costs involved to fulfil your request. These costs are in addition to the fee quoted to you for your initial booking.
5. Insurance
We advise that you take out your own travel insurance to cover your trip and camera equipment. You are entirely responsible for your photographic gear and/or any related devices.
6. Baggage
Generally, all camera equipment and a carry on handbag are fine. Please let us know if you have oversized baggage.
